The General Commander of the Mozambican Police, Bernardino Raphael, visits Rwanda Security Force HQ in Mocimboa da Praia - Cabo Delgado
Today 1 October 2023, the General Commander of Police of the Republic of Mozambique, Inspector General of Police Bernardino Raphael, accompanied by Assane FIQUIR, the Police Commander of Cabo Delgado Province, Lucas Mutandane FORORO, the Chief Operations Rapid Intervention of Cabo Delgado province and other Police Commanders in the province, visited Rwanda Security Force Headquarters (RSF - HQs) in Mocimboa da Praia City.
Maj Gen A Kagame, the Rwanda Security Force (RSF) Comd welcomed and briefed him on security situation in RSF Area of Responsibility (AoR) in three districts of Cabo Delgado ie Mocimboa da Praia, Palma and Ancuabe.
The General Commander Bernardino conveyed a message of appreciation and commended the important role and contribution of RSF in restoring peace and security by fighting Terrorism in Cabo Delgado Province.
