RWANDAN PEACEKEEPERS IN SOUTH SUDAN DECORATED WITH UN SERVICE MEDALS

Rwandan Peace keepers (Rwanbatt2) under United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) were today decorated with UN service medals. The event was held in Upper Nile State at Malakal Town, UNMISS Rwanbatt2 base camp.
The UNMISS Force Commander, Lt Gen Mohan Subramanian presided over the medal parade awarding ceremony. He congratulated the Rwanbatt2 peacekeepers for the exceptional services provided in Upper Nile State.
“As UNMISS, we recognize your excellent service in accomplishing the UNMISS mandate.” said the UNMISS Force Commander.
