H.E. THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF RWANDA AND COMMANDER IN CHIEF OF THE RDF HAS PROMOTED AND APPOINTED THE FOLLOWING RDF PERSONNEL AS FOLLOWS:
1. LIEUTENANT COLONEL JEAN PAUL NYIRUBUTAMA IS PROMOTED TO COLONEL AND APPOINTED DEPUTY SECRETARY-GENERAL OF THE NISS IN ACCORDANCE TO THE NEW STRUCTURE.
2. LIEUTENANT COLONEL CALLIXTE KALISA IS PROMOTED TO COLONEL.
3. LIEUTENANT COLONEL FRANCIS NGABO SEBICUNDANYI IS PROMOTED TO COLONEL.
4. LIEUTENANT COLONEL RONALD RWIVANGA IS PROMOTED TO COLONEL
