RDF CDS attends the annual Conference of African Chiefs of Defence hosted by the United States Africa Command in Italy

The Rwanda Defence Force Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Gen J Bosco Kazura, accompanied by the Head of International Military Cooperation, Brig Gen P Karuretwa, attended the annual Conference of African Chiefs of Defence hosted by the United States Africa Command (US AFRICOM) in Rome, Italy, from 27th February to 2nd March 2023.
42 African countries were represented in this year's conference.
Yesterday, the CDS addressed the conference on the use of cyber and space in the context of defence and security. He also held various bilateral engagements with fellow African Chiefs of Defence and US AFRICOM officials.
