38 Officers complete Junior Command and Staff Course at RDF Command and Staff College

The Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) Army Chief of Staff, Maj Gen Vincent Nyakarundi today presided over the pass out of 38 Officers who successfully completed the Junior Command and Staff Course at RDF Command and Staff College, Nyakinama, Musanze District.
In his remarks, the Army Chief of Staff congratulated the graduates for the milestone achievement of completing the course successfully.
He urged the graduates to remember to apply the skills gained during the course in their respective postings.
“We must strive to have a force built on trust, accountability, discipline and sacrifice. You must not consider what you get but what you give, and knowing how to lead a force into battle. The skills and knowledge you get here will help you in command and staff duties at both unit and formation levels” he said.
The pass-out ceremony was graced by RDF and Police Senior officers and attended by spouses, parents, friends, relatives of the graduates, religious leaders as well as local authorities of the Northern Province.
