Yari aherekejwe n'Umuyobozi w'Akarere ka MocĂmboa da Praia, Sergio Domingo Cypriano, Umuyobozi ushinzwe ubukangurambaga no kwinjiza abantu mu gisirikare muri Cabo Delgado, Lt Col Elsa Domingos Zimia n'Umuyobozi w’Umujyi wa MocĂmboa da Praia, Herena Bandeila.
Intego y’uru ruzinduko yari ugushimangira ubufatanye n’imikoranire n’Inzego z'umutekano z’u Rwanda.

Abashyitsi bahawe ishusho rusange y’umutekano n'ibikorwa Inzego z'umutekano z'u Rwanda zikomeje gukora mu kugarura amahoro mu Ntara ya Cabo Delgado.
