The Military Prosecution Department is the specialized organ responsible for investigating and prosecuting crimes committed by military personnel. Operating under the authority of the National Public Prosecution Authority (NPPA) while remaining embedded within the defense structure, the MPD plays a critical role in enforcing the RDF Code of Conduct and the national penal code.
