The RDF's Department of International Military Cooperation (IMC) hosts Defence Attaches accredited to Rwanda to a Quarterly Security Brief

Yesterday, 24 Feb 22, the RDFs department of IMC hosted a Quarterly Security Brief of Defence Attaches accredited to Rwanda. The briefing session led by the Head IMC Brig Gen Patrick Karuretwa featured presentations by the chief of personnel(J1) Defence Intelligence (DI) and Chief of Operations and Training (J3) Departments. The briefing was followed by a Field Tour to the Western and Northern Provinces.
