Prime Minister Nsengiyumva opened the Africa Water and Sanitation Systems Leadership Symposium
Kigali, August 18, 2026---Prime Minister Nsengiyumva presided over the opening ceremony of the Africa Water and Sanitation Systems Leadership Symposium, taking place at Kigali Convention Center, from 17-21 August 2026.
In his keynote address, the Prime Minister noted: “The real test of this week will not be what we sign here in Kigali, but what changes when we return home, in the institutions we lead, the decisions we make, and ultimately, in the quality, reliability, and sustainability of the water and sanitation services our people receive.”
