Ministry of Public Service and Labour Welcomes New Minister in Official Handover
The Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) today held a handover at its headquarters, marking the transition from the outgoing Minister, Hon. Judith Uwizeye, to the incoming Minister, Hon. Julienne Uwacu.
The handover marked the conclusion of Hon. Uwizeye’s tenure at the Ministry and the beginning of Hon. Uwacu’s new mandate. As she assumes her new responsibilities, Hon. Julienne Uwacu reaffirmed her commitment to building on the progress made in strengthening public service delivery, advancing labour reforms, and promoting employment opportunities for Rwandans. Her mandate will continue within the Ministry’s broader efforts to strengthen public institutions, improve the delivery of services to citizens, and advance policies and initiatives that support Rwanda’s labour and employment agenda.
