Minister of Defence meets a delegation from Pakistan Armed Forces

Hon. Minister J Marizamunda, Minister of Defence, along with Maj Gen Vincent Nyakarundi, Rwanda Defence Force Army Chief of Staff, welcomed today at Ministry of Defence Headquarters, Kimihurura, Maj Gen Muneer-ud-Din, Director General of Foreign Military Cooperation at the Joint Staff Headquarters of the Pakistan Armed Forces (PAF), and his delegation on their official three-day visit to Rwanda.

The purpose of the visit and the planned deliberations is to explore ways of enhancing existing cooperation between the Rwanda Defence Force and the Pakistan Armed Forces.

As part of the programme, the delegation will also tour the Rwanda Military Academy in Gako, the Kigali Genocide Memorial site and the Campaign Against Genocide Museum.
