Minister Nduhungirehe Receives Copies of Letters of Credence from South Africa’s High Commissioner-Designate
Kigali, 25 August 2026 - Minister Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe received copies of letters of credence of H.E. Tinyiko George Hlungwane, High Commissioner-Designate of the Republic of South Africa to Rwanda.
Minister Nduhungirehe congratulated High Commissioner-Designate Hlungwane on his appointment and wished him a successful and impactful tenure, fostering stronger bilateral relations and advancing mutual cooperation between the two countries.
