MAJ GEN ALEX KAGAME HANDS OVER TO MAJ GEN EMMANUEL RUVUSHA, THE NEW COMMANDER OF THE RWANDA SECURITY FORCE (RSF-4) IN MOZAMBIQUE
Today, 07 September 2024, Rwanda Security Force outgoing JTF Comdr Maj Gen Alex Kagame handed over Command responsibility to the incoming JTF Comd, Maj Gen Emmy Ruvusha in Mocimboa Dá Praia, Cabo Delgado Mozambique.
In attendance were the incoming and outgoing Task Force Brigade Group Commanders, Police Component Commanders, NISS Coordinators and other Staff officers.
On arrival in Mozambique on 20 August 2024, Maj Gen E Ruvusha was briefed and was given a familiarization tour of RSF area of responsibility including Mocimboa da Praia, Chinda, Palma, Afungi, Pundanhar, Macomia, Ancuabe and Pemba.
In the handover ceremony, the incoming JTFC thanked the outgoing JTFC for the impressive effort with which the force delivered its duties.
