Abaturage bakanguriwe gukomeza kubungabunga umutekano, kurwanya ibiyobyabwenge n'ibinyobwa bitujuje ubuziranenge, kurwanya ingengabitekerezo y'amacakubiri, gukomera ku bumwe bw'abanyarwanda, gufashanya mu rugendo rw'ubudaheranwa no kwitegura kwakira abagorowe barangije ibihano.
Abaturage kandi bakanguriwe gukora cyane kugira ngo bihaze mu biribwa banabashe guhangana n'ibihe by'izamuka ry'ibiciro bya peteroli, gukomeza intambwe yo kwizigamira muri Ejo Heza, kwishyura umusanzu wa mituweli no gukosoza amakuru y'imibereho ndetse n'amakuru y'irangamimerere kugira ngo babone indangamuntu koranabuhanga.
