Speaking at the event, Maj Gen J Bosco Kazura, the guest of honor and the Commandant of the RDF Command and Staff College (RDFCSC) told the graduates that they should continue aiming higher for tomorrow’s success as they should always make sure that Rwanda is peaceful, secure and prosperous than ever before.
He told the graduates that they should always apply the skills gained in their daily work as Commanders. “You should use the knowledge obtained here to enhance your capacities and help you win decisive wars”, he said. “You should preserve RDF values and principles and translate them into better actions whether off or on duty”, he added.
