Perezida Chapo yari aherekejwe na Minisitiri w'Ingabo, Maj Gen Cristóvão Artur Chume, Umugaba w'Ingabo zirwanira ku butaka za FADM, Major Gen André Rafael Mahunguane, Umugaba Mukuru w'Ingabo zirwanira mu mazi za Mozambique, Brig Gen (Commodore) Óscar Agostinho Lucas, hamwe n'abandi bayobozi bakuru muri Guverinoma.
Nyuma yo gusura abasirikare ba FADM bakorera i Mocímboa da Praia, Perezida Chapo yakiriwe ku Kibuga cy'Indege cya Mocímboa da Praia n'Umuyobozi Mukuru w' Inzego z' Umutekano z'u Rwanda, Brig Gen CM Mujuni, ari kumwe n'abandi bayobozi. Nyuma yaho yagiranye inama n'abayobozi bakuru b' Inzego z'Umutekano z'u Rwanda abashimira uruhare rwabo mu kugarura amahoro n'umutekano mu Ntara ya Cabo Delgado.
Perezida Chapo yashimiye byimazeyo Guverinoma y'u Rwanda, by'umwihariko Perezida wa Repubulika y'u Rwanda, ku nkunga adahwema guha Mozambique mu rugamba rwo kurwanya iterabwoba muri Cabo Delgado.Yashimiye kandi Inzego z'Umutekano z'u Rwanda ku bwitange, ubunyamwuga mu kurinda abaturage no kugarura umutekano.
